Short days, long nights

It’s really amazing how this pictures look like they were taken at night when in fact it was 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Well, fall is finally in the town. Days are short and nights are long. I kinda like it because I basically spend almost all day long closed in classroom listening to lectures and it doesn’t feel like I’m missing a lot if it’s raining outside. But on the downside I don’t have any time to shoot outfits because it’s always dark outside 🙂 I’ll do my best to try some other things to do on my blog, that don’t involve shooting at night under the street lights.

I’ve been coveting a good cape for this season. I wish I could make my own, but I just don’t have those skills!
You can do it, it’s not complicated at all. You just pick a fabric that you like, make a big square out of it, in the middle cut out a whole to put head through and it’s done! If the fabric is right, you don’t even have to sew anything 🙂
